Dianne is a Melbourne based potter with a studio and gallery in the leafy northern suburb of St Helena. Originally studying ceramics for a year in Japan as an exchange student, subtle Japanese influences emerge from her delicate wheel thrown functional ware.
Josephine is a studio ceramic artist and makes wheel-thrown dinnerware and decorative pieces. She takes a minimalist approach to her work, focusing on the natural textures and tactile beauty of the clay, giving each piece its unique character.
The artists and makers at Textile Art Community Art Space (TACAS) create their artworks using household and industrial waste as well as natural materials.
They reclaim and recycle discarded textiles and found objects, and invite the wider community to share in art projects and events.
