Karryn Argus

Mungga Studio, Ivanhoe Library and Cultural Hub

Karryn works across textiles, sculpture, and assemblage to explore the relationship between bodies, objects, and spaces. She is interested in how loss can be viewed in the embodied sculptural object. Karryn enjoys working collaboratively with other artists and has had collaborative exhibitions in Melbourne at artist run galleries. Her work has been selected in numerous group shows and she has been a finalist in Art Prizes throughout Australia.

Karryn has a Master of Fine Art from RMIT and a Bachelor of Fine Arts (Honours) from Monash University. Karryn teaches in the Diploma of Visual Arts at NCAT Preston.
